1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zullu ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Zullu regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings whether written or oral relating to such subject matter.
2Service Description & License
Zullu is an AI-powered application development platform that enables users to generate, deploy, and manage full-stack applications. Subject to these Terms, Zullu grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial software development purposes.
You own your code: All code, applications, and content generated using the Service are your intellectual property. Zullu claims no ownership rights over the applications you create.
- •You may use generated code for commercial purposes
- •You may modify, distribute, and deploy the generated applications
- •You may not attempt to reverse engineer Zullu's AI models or algorithms
- •You may not resell or redistribute the Zullu platform itself
AI Data Handling & Training
Your prompts and code are NOT used to train our AI models. We respect your intellectual property and privacy.
When you use Zullu's AI features:
- •Prompts: Your prompts are processed in real-time and are not stored for model training purposes
- •Generated Code: Code generated by the AI belongs to you and is not used to train models
- •Session Data: Temporary session data is retained for up to 30 days for debugging and support purposes only
- •Anonymized Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve our service
3Acceptable Use Policy
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
You agree not to use the Service:
- •For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- •To harass, abuse, or discriminate based on gender, orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability
- •To submit false or misleading information
- •To upload viruses or any other malicious code
- •To spam, phish, or scrape the Service
4User Obligations
As a user of Zullu, you are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
- •Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- •Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current
- •Notifying Zullu immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Service are the property of Zullu or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content to Zullu, you grant Zullu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the Service.
6Limitation of Liability
THE MATERIALS ON THIS SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS". ZULLU MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Zullu's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zullu in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Data Residency & Infrastructure
Your data is processed and stored in secure data centers within the European Union (EU), ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
Primary Data Centers:
- France (eu-west-3) - Primary
- Germany (eu-central-1) - Failover
Enterprise customers may request specific data residency requirements. Contact sales@zullu.dev for custom arrangements.
Subprocessors & Third Parties
We use the following subprocessors to provide the Service:

We will notify you of any material changes to our subprocessors via email.
9Termination
Zullu may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of Terms of Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@zullu.dev.
Data Export: Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
